Hummingbird Therapy Clinic provides specialized, trauma-informed care for first responders and their families. Wellness Program
A structured, 12-session individual therapy program emphasizing screening for common OSI symptoms, trauma education, emotion regulation, and practical tools to sustain wellness and build supportive networks.

Mindfulness Skills
A dedicated skills series (site describes 10 sessions) that develops attention, nervous-system regulation, and day-to-day coping strategies, facilitated by clinicians who understand first-responder culture.

Support for Spouses
A customized 12-session 1:1 therapy program for spouses/partners, focused on stress, isolation, communication, boundaries, and long-term self-care—recognizing the unique pressures of first-responder family life.

Clinical Supervision for Therapists Working With First Responders
This program offers specialized guidance and case consultation for clinicians supporting police, fire, paramedic, and other first responder clients. Led by an approved clinical supervisor with extensive experience in trauma therapies such as EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, and DBT, the program helps therapists strengthen competence, cultural awareness, and resilience while managing vicarious trauma in their own work.

Firefighters Services Workshop
Provides firefighters with proactive mental health support by addressing common occupational stress injuries. Offered quarterly or bi-annually, these sessions emphasize early detection of stress, prevention strategies, and practical skills tailored to the unique pressures of firefighting, with the goal of building long-term wellness and resilience.

Paramedic Workshop
Focuses on the distinct challenges faced by paramedics, offering education and skills to recognize and manage occupational stress injuries before they escalate.
