Program Overview
AfterShift© Support connects Fire Fighters and First Responders with trauma-informed clinicians who specialize in the specific occupational stressors of: occupational stress & burnout, critical incident stress, and trauma, moral injury and, cumulative exposure and secondary traumatic stress. Any of these create a cumulative weight from carrying calls long after the shift ends.
