          AfterShift© Support connects Emergency Communications Members with trauma-informed clinicians who specialize in the specific occupational stressors of dispatch work: auditory trauma, incomplete stress cycles, moral injury, and the cumulative weight of carrying calls long after the shift ends. Individual, one-on-one sessions.
